Irfana Patla is the Founder and President of Patla & Associates Children and Family Therapy Inc., operating under the DBA Psyvera Services. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping children and individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. With over five years of clinical experience in behavioral health and trauma therapy, Irfana works with clients facing complex mental health concerns while helping them rediscover stability, resilience, and hope.
Holding a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), Irfana brings advanced clinical training and a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. She values understanding each client’s unique story and believes that meaningful change begins with awareness. Her ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds allows her to meet people where they are, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Irfana specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders, including bipolar disorder. She is certified in the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol, an evidence-based treatment designed to reduce the lasting impact of traumatic experiences. By integrating RTM with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), insights from the Gottman Method, and other behavioral health modalities, she provides a comprehensive and individualized approach to treatment that helps clients develop healthier patterns, strengthen self-esteem, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
Driven by a deep commitment to the mental health profession, Irfana founded Psyvera Services with the vision of fostering unity and collaboration within the professional community. She believes that when clinicians support and uplift one another, they are better equipped to provide meaningful care to their clients. Through Psyvera, she strives to create a supportive professional environment where therapists can grow, share knowledge, and practice sustainably—ensuring that both clinicians and clients thrive without experiencing burnout.

Summer Hulsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over six years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate life’s emotional and behavioral challenges. Her therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered, allowing her to adapt treatment to meet the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each individual she works with.
Summer provides compassionate therapy to adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing a range of mental health and substance use concerns. She understands that these challenges are often interconnected and works collaboratively with clients to address the underlying factors contributing to emotional distress and behavioral patterns.

Ronald Griggs, AMFT, is a compassionate and dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking meaningful change in their lives. He is passionate about helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and build the confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges.
As an African-American therapist, Ronald brings a culturally informed and empathetic perspective to his work. He understands the unique experiences that individuals from diverse communities may face, including racial stress, identity challenges, and systemic barriers. Ronald is particularly committed to supporting men and women in the communitywho may feel unheard or overwhelmed, helping them reconnect with their strengths and create healthier paths forward.
Ronald also has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use and addiction, guiding clients to better understand the emotional patterns and stressors that contribute to unhealthy coping behaviors. Raul Rodriguez is a bilingual Master of Social Work (MSW) clinician who provides therapy in both English and Spanish. As a Mexican American clinician, Raul understands the importance of culture, identity, family structures, and lived experiences in the healing process. He enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and is dedicated to providing culturally responsive care that honors each person's unique story. Raul recognizes that trauma, life transitions, and systemic barriers can affect emotional well-being, and he strives to help individuals build resilience while reconnecting with their strengths.
Raul has experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and other life challenges. His background includes community mental health, forensic social work, crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, and multidisciplinary care coordination. He has worked alongside individuals from marginalized and underserved communities, supporting them in overcoming obstacles and moving toward greater stability and wellness.
Raul takes a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. He incorporates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and person-centered interventions, while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.
