Driven by a deep commitment to the mental health profession, Irfana founded Psyvera Services with the vision of fostering unity and collaboration within the professional community. She believes that when clinicians support and uplift one another, they are better equipped to provide meaningful care to their clients. Through Psyvera, she strives to create a supportive professional environment where therapists can grow, share knowledge, and practice sustainably—ensuring that both clinicians and clients thrive without experiencing burnout.
